What is a FlexitiCard?

Your FlexitiCard allows you to finance your purchases. You can choose to pay for your purchase using one of our flexible payment plans, such as Equal Monthly Payments, or use it to make purchases like a regular credit card at any store in the Flexiti Network!


How do I get a FlexitiCard?

You can apply in-store at any retailer in the Flexiti Network or online at select merchants.


Where can I use my FlexitiCard?

You can shop anywhere in the Flexiti Network! Your FlexitiCard is accepted in-store at over 3,500 retail locations and online at select merchants. To see a full list of participating retailers, click here.


What financing plans are available to me?

The available financing plans are dependent on where you shop but can include Equal Monthly Payment and Deferred Payment plans. Many of our retail partners offer no interest promotional plans1! Visit one of our retailers in-store and speak with a sales representative for more information.


I used to have a TD Financing Services credit card, now I have a FlexitiCard. What happened?

Welcome to Flexiti! As you may have heard, in June 2018, Flexiti purchased TD Financing Services' Canadian private label credit card portfolio. Your new FlexitiCard can be used to shop anywhere in the Flexiti Network!

How do I access my Flexiti account details?

Get easy access to your account details by registering your Flexiti account online through our website at flexiti.com/register. There, you can view your statements, your balance, your annual interest rate, and information about your promotional plans. You can also give us a call at 1-877-259-3745 if you have any questions.


How do I register my Flexiti account?

Registering is easy! Click here and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll need your account number to register.


What is my account number? Where can I find it?

You can find your account number on your welcome email or letter, your statement or your FlexitiCard. Still can’t find it? Give us a call at 1-877-259-3745 and we would be happy to help you out.


Where can I see my balance, statements and payment due dates?

Get easy access to your account details by registering your Flexiti account online through our website at flexiti.com/register. There, you can view your statements, your balance, information about your promotional plans, and when your payments are due.


Where can I find my credit limit?

Your credit limit can be found in your welcome letter or on your statement.


Does my FlexitiCard ever expire?

Your FlexitiCard never expires.


How do I sign up for e-statements?

It’s easy! While completing the application, you will be asked to provide us with an email address to which we will send your e-statements. If you ever need to change the email address or want to sign up for e-statements, just give us a call at 1-877-259-3745.


I have logged into my account but the Screen is white and can’t see anything!

You must use either Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to view the Customer Portal. If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you will not be able to see any details on the Customer Portal and the screen will be white.

Applying for a FlexitiCard


How do I apply for a FlexitiCard?

Applying is easy and takes less than 3 minutes! Visit a participating store and ask the sales representative about getting started with Flexiti.


What is required to apply for a FlexitiCard?

You will need to be over the age of 18, have a valid form of ID and will need to fill out an application.


Does Flexiti check my credit history?

Yes, Flexiti will conduct a credit check during the application process.


Is my personal information secure with Flexiti?

Are there any fees to open an account with Flexiti?

It is free to open an account with Flexiti! An annual fee applies in Quebec. An administrative fee may apply on a promotional plan.


Shopping with Flexiti


How do I make purchases with my FlexitiCard?

Visit a store within the Flexiti Network and pay with Flexiti at checkout. If you are in-store, the salesperson will provide you with information about the available plans and help you with the payment process. If you are shopping online, you can follow the on-screen instructions.


Where can I shop with my FlexitiCard?

You can shop anywhere in the Flexiti Network! Your FlexitiCard is accepted in-store at over 3,500 retail locations and online at select merchants. To see a full list of participating merchants, click here.


I made a purchase with my FlexitiCard that I need to return. Can I make a return?

Yes! Returns can be made where you made your purchase so long as they fall within the retailer’s return policy. You can make full or partial returns in-store with the help of a salesperson.


Making Payments


How do I make payments?

The simplest way to pay is through your bank’s online banking bill payment system. Simply add Flexiti (Flexiti Financial) as a payee. You can also send us a cheque to the address below – make sure you include your account number on the cheque to avoid delays. Flexiti Financial Attention: Account Services – Payment Processing P.O. Will Flexiti send me billing reminders?

If you have provided a working personal email address, we will send you a notification when your statements are ready to be viewed and a reminder 5 days before each payment is due. If you have chosen to receive your statements by paper in the mail, you will not receive a reminder.


When are my payments due?

Get easy access to your account details by registering your Flexiti account online through our website at flexiti.com/register. There, you can see when your payments are due.


What happens if I miss a payment?

Miss one payment? It can happen! We’ll send you a notice to remind you of your missed payment, and you might also receive a phone call to remind you. If you miss any two payments in a 12-month period, you risk losing your promotional interest rate offer, and your promotional balance will be treated as a full interest-bearing credit purchase going forward. Your statement will have details about your payment amount and due date. Don’t forget that even on a deferred payment plan, Payment Defender Insurance fees and paper statement fees must be paid monthly in order to keep your account in good standing. Are there any penalties for paying off my purchase early?

No, there are no penalties for paying off your purchase early.


If I pay more than my Equal Monthly Payment amount, will my next month’s Minimum Amount Due be reduced?

No. Equal Monthly Payments are divided up into equal portions at the time of transaction, so paying more than your Monthly Payment Amount will not reduce the next month’s payment. Any payments above your Equal Monthly Payment amount will reduce the amount of your final promotional plan payment(s), meaning that you can pay off your purchase early.


Does my account close after I’ve paid off my purchase?

With the FlexitiCard, there is no need to reapply for financing every time you shop. It works just like a regular credit card! Your account remains open after you’ve paid off your balance so you can keep shopping in the Flexiti Network.
